2010—2012年上海市健康体检质量控制督查结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :通过对历次质控督查资料的分析,了解质控督查中存在的问题,从而提出更有效的改进措施。方法 :回顾性分析2010—2012年健康体检质控督查结果,以督查中存在的问题为导向进行统计分析。结果:在过去的3年中,通过对体检机构的定期督查整改,体检机构的优秀率从52.2%上升到76.4%(P<0.05),健康体检执业许可证书的现场索证率从89.1%上升到100%(P<0.001),口腔科设置的合格率从41.3%上升到83.1%(P<0.001),实验室检测管理的合格率从56.2%上升到82.0%(P<0.001),主检医生资质的合格率从83.1%上升到94.4%(P<0.05),乙肝项目检测管理的合格率从76.4%上升到89.9%(P=0.016),放射科设置的合格率从59.6%上升到70.8%(P=0.116)。结论 :经过3年的质控督查,逐步规范了健康体检秩序,凝聚了行业共识,但仍存在参与健康体检的医务人员队伍不够稳定、执业行为不够规范、人员机构不够合理等问题。 Objective: To retrospectively analyze data of quality supervision of health examination centers in the past three years ( 2010-2012 ) and to find out the problems and take effective measures. Methods: The results of quality supervision of health examination centers from 2010 to 2012 were statistically analyzed and problems from supervision were considered as a guidance of the analysis. Results: Health examination centers were supervised during the past three years. The excellence proportion of inspection results has increased from the original 52.2% to 76.4% ( P〈0.05 ), the percentage of the practicing licenses for health examination has ascended from the original 89.1% to 100%( P〈0.001 ), the qualified rate of the stomatology department has improved from the original 41.3% to 83.1%( P〈0.001 ), the qualified rate of laboratory testing has ascended from the original 56.2% to 82.0%( P〈0.001 ), the qualified rate of the doctors who is responsible for the ultimate audit of the physical examination report has been improved from the original 83.1% to 94.4% (P〈0.05), the qualified rate of mandatory testing has ascended from the original 76.4% to 89.9% ( P=0.016 ), the qualified rate of the radiology department has ascended from the original 59.6% to 70.8%( P=0.116 ). Conclusion: The order has been regulated and health examination centers have reached consensus on the quality of examination in the past three years, while some problems still remain, such as the team of medical staff is unstable, medical workers' professional practice is not well regulated and structure of the medical staff is unreasonable.
