摘要
采用插板法测量固体接触角和液体表面张力是一种操作简单、精确度较高的方法。表面张力系数通过测量激光束两边在液体表面的入射角来确定,不但解决了插板法测液体表面张力系数的接触角检测和对液面上升高度的掌握,也防止了人为因素对结果精确度的影响。在力平衡的基础上,测量表面张力公式的新方法,可以根据固体接触角为0°时建立的插板外液体的物理数学模型,进而进一步证明出液体表面形状曲线方程。之后再可以根据固体接触角不为0°时证明液体表面形状曲线方程。这样对测量公式可以提供新的参考依据。文章通过以上的推理证明,总结了不同材料插板在一定的液体条件下会造成液体上升高度与实际上升高度不符,但两者的最高固液接触点都出现在一曲线中;接触角的作测,可以使用测量直线距离替代,也就保证了表面张力的测量精确度;表面张力测量通过直线距离测量后,与实际直线距离测量的相对误差相比,高出其2倍以上。文章收集了插板法测表面张力公式的大量信息数据,对其进行总结和分析,为测量表面张力提供新的参考依据。
Strip method is used to measure solid contact Angle and liquid surface tension is a kind of simple operation,high precision of the method. Surface tension coefficient by measuring the laser beam incident Angle on the surface of the two sides in the liquid,not only solved the board to measure the contact Angle of liquid surface tension coefficient detection and grasp of the liquid level can rise,also to prevent the human factors influence the accuracy of the results. Based on force balance,a new method of measuring surface tension formula,can according to solid contact Angle for 0 ° when board of liquid physical mathematical model is set up,which is further evidence that the liquid surface shape curve equation. Then can according to solid contact Angle for 0 ° not prove that the liquid surface shape curve equation. So the measurement formula can provide a new reference. The above reasoning,this paper sums up the different material board in a certain liquid conditions can lead to higher level do not tally with the actual higher level,but the highest solid- liquid contact point appeared in a curve; Contact Angle measuring,you can use the alternative,measure the linear distance also guarantees the precision measurement of surface tension; Surface tension measurement through the linear distance measurement,compared with the actual relative error of the linear distance measurement,its more than 2 times higher. This paper collected the flashboard formula to measure the surface tension of a large number of information data,carries on the summary and analysis,and offers new reference for measurement shows that the tension.
