On the Reason and Solutions of the Low Efficiency of Moral Education——From Talent Selection Criteria

人才选拔标准对教育起着导向作用。德育与人才选拔标准"各行其道",人才选拔标准中没有对道德的刚性要求是致使德育低效的重要因素。要改变德育低效现状,一个重要的着手点就是在人才选拔标准中加入对道德的刚性要求,让作为教育者的学校、家庭、社会与作为受教育者的学生重新看待德育。

Standard of selecting talents plays a leading role in education. Separation of substantive selection criteria and form the selection criteria,substantive standards without requirement for morality is one of the factors resulting in low efficiency of moral education. To improve the low efficiency of moral education,an important starting point is to add to the moral requirements in the actual standard of selecting talents,so as educators of school,family,society and as educated students to think about the moral.
