模糊综合评判法在高校图书馆文献采购中的应用

On the Fuzzy Synthetic Judgment Method in College Libraries' Books Acquisition

根据实际调查结果分析,中国高校图书馆文献资源利用率较低。为改变这一状况,应在文献资源采购过程中利用模糊综合评判法,听取学生意见,了解学生的真实借阅需求,分析学生借阅数据,建立高校图书馆文献资源采购的模糊综合评判模式,确定文献资源各类型合理采购的额度,改善高校图书馆文献资源质量,提高文献利用率。

According to some investigations, the effieientcy of utilization of books in college libraries is low. In order to i change this situation, the libraries should listen to voice of the students and learn the authentic reading needs of them by the means of fuzzy synthetic judgment method. Thus the college libraries build their fuzzy synthetic judgment methods and decide the proper sum of book purchase and improve the quality of books and efficiency of book utilization.
