摘要
用X ray衍射方法研究了不同 x值对烧结 Nd1+xBa2 -xCu3Oy 样品衍射图谱的影响规律 对不同Nd42 2相加入量的烧结及区域熔炼Nd1+xBa2 -xCu3Oy 超导体进行了X ray粉末衍射并测量了各样品的Jc 值 ,对比结果表明 ,Nd42 2相的加入会使Nd1+xBa2 -xCu3Oy 中的x值增大并影响Jc 对取代与Nd1+xBa2 -xCu3Oy 超导体性能的关系做了初步的探讨 ,认为 ,取代的作用是双重的 ,Nd12 3之所以具有很好的Jc B特性 ,正是Nd Ba取代的作用使然 ;适量的取代对改善样品的性能是有好处的 。
The sintered Nd 1+x Ba 2-x Cu 3 O y superconductors with varied x value as well as the zone melt Nd 1+x Ba 2-x Cu 3 O y with different Nd422 contents are comparatively studied by X ray diffraction method.XRD patterns show that the peak positions shifting to the high 2θ direction with the increasing x value.The addition of Nd422 phase can increase the x value of zone melt Nd 1+x Ba 2-x Cu 3 O y superconductors.For Nd123 the anomalous peak effect in J c H curves is a direct consequence of Nd Ba substitution and thus the technology in preparing Nd123 samples should assure a proper x value instead of depressing the Nd Ba substitution as best as we can.
