摘要
知识管理作为一种新型的管理理念和管理模式,从管理和技术的角度,应用到了高校图书馆的服务领域,文章在知识管理的视角下对高校图书馆知识服务的构成要素展开重新的认识。
As a new management concept and management mode, knowledge management has been applied to the areas of university library service from the angle of management and technology. This article restudied the components of the knowledge service in university library from the perspective of knowledge management.
