上海高职图书馆读者资源及服务的差异化情况调研——以上海农林职业技术学院为例

Study on Readers' Different Utilization of Resources and Service in Shanghai Higher Vocational College Library——Take Shanghai Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry for Example

采用问卷调查结合个别访谈的方法对上海农林职业技术学院师生进行调研,并按照不同行为表现细分读者,分析他们对图书馆资源和服务的了解、使用和需求,从而找出高职图书馆建设中存在的不足,以供参考和借鉴。

The paper investigates teachers and students of shanghai vocational college of agriculture and forestry through questionnaire and interview. Based on the date of investigation, the paper classifies readers according to their behaviors, and then analyses their utilization and requirement of library resources and service. Finally it finds out problems for reference.
