308nm准分子激光联合祛白汤治疗白癜风的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of 308-nm excimer laser combined with Qubaitang in treatment of vitiligo

目的:探讨308nm准分子激光联合祛白汤颗粒冲剂治疗白癜风的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机对照方法,将196例白癜风患者随机分为两组,治疗组患者采用308 nm准分子激光联合祛白汤颗粒冲剂治疗;对照组患者单用308nm准分子激光治疗。治疗15周后评价疗效。结果:治疗组患者显效率为48.9%(48/98),总有效率为96.9%(95/98);对照组患者显效率为25.5%(25/98),总有效率为84.7%(83/98)。两组间的显效率及总有效率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:308nm准分子激光联合祛白汤颗粒冲剂治疗白癜风疗效好,不良反应少。

Objective：To observe and evaluate efficacy and safety of 308-nm excimer laser combined with Qubaitang in treatment of vitiligo. Methods：196 patients with vitiligo were recruited in the randomized self-controlled study. The cases in treatment group were treated with 308-nm excimer laser combined with Qubaitang,whereas those in control group were only treated with 308-nm excimer laser. The clinical therapeutic efficacy was analyzed 15 weeks after the treatment. Results： The markedly effective rates and total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 48. 9%（48/98） and 96. 9%（95/98）,25. 5%（25/98） and 84. 7%（83/98）,respectively; and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The 308-nm excimer laser combined with Qubaitang is more effective in the treatment of vitiligo with little adverse reactions.
