醒脑静对重型颅脑损伤患者血清TNF-α及IL-6水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨醒脑静对重型颅脑损伤患者肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:60例重度颅脑损伤患者被随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组患者按常规治疗,治疗组患者加用醒脑静。分别于伤后1、3、5和7 d采血,用ELISA(酶联免疫吸附法)测定患者血清TNF-α与IL-6的含量。结果:伤后1 d两组患者血浆TNF-α和IL-6含量均明显升高,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);伤后3d后两组患者血清TNF-α和IL-6含量均呈下降趋势,治疗组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静治疗后患者外周血TNF-α与IL-6水平下降。 Objective:To explore effect of Xingnaojing on interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) levels in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods:Totally 60 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were enrolled in this study. All 30 patients in control group were given routine treatment,while 30 patients in trial group were treated with routine treatment plus Xingnaojing injection. 1,3,5 and 7 days after the injury,blood was collected. The serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels were analyzed by ELISA. Results: The serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the two groups increased 1 day after the injury,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P〉 0. 05). But the serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels decreased markedly 3 days after the injury,and the values of TNF-α and IL-6 in trial group were significantly lower than those in control group(P〈 0. 05). Conclusions: After the treatment with Xingnaojing,the TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the peripheral blood decrease.
