乡村旅游开发中影响社区居民参与度的研究——以南京江宁区“五朵金花”旅游村为例

Influencing Factors for Participation Degree of Community Residents in Tourism Development——A Case Study in Five “Golden Flower” Tourism Village of Jiangning District of Nanjing City

社区参与乡村旅游发展,是提高居民生活水平,促进社区经济发展,实现旅游可持续发展的重要途径。本文以江宁区"五朵金花"旅游村为例,通过问卷调查与实地走访,调查研究了社区居民参与旅游意愿和利益分享中存在的问题与不足。结果表明:近82%的居民有参与意愿,参与旅游后家庭年收入平均增长43.45%,居民对旅游积极影响感知强烈,总体均值达4.2。针对目前存在的问题,对江宁区"五朵金花"旅游村的旅游业可持续发展提出了相关对策和建议。

Community participating in development of rural tourism is an important way to enhance live standard of residents, to promote development of community economics and to realize the sustainable development of tourism. The five ＂golden flower＂ tourism villages in Jiangning district were taken as the example to study the problems existed in participation intent and profit sharing of community residents to tourism via questionnaire and field investigation. The results showed that nearly 82% residents had participation intent; the annual income of the family after participating in tourism increased by 43.45% averagely; residents had strong apperception to the positive influences of the tourism, and the overall average value reached 4.2. Then, according to the existing problems, some corresponding suggestions were put forward in order to sustainable development of tourism industry in five ＂golden flower＂ tourism villages of Jiangning district.
