甘露醇和山梨醇对荞麦幼苗耐盐性的效应 被引量:7

摘要 以盐敏感荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)品种为试验材料,通过对NaCl胁迫下添加不同浓度甘露醇和山梨醇研究其对荞麦耐盐性的效应。结果表明,适当浓度的甘露醇和山梨醇处理可显著增加盐胁迫下荞麦幼苗根系活力,显著降低荞麦叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量,显著增加荞麦叶片过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,且甘露醇处理的效果优于山梨醇处理。说明适当浓度的甘露醇和山梨醇处理能显著提高荞麦幼苗的耐盐性,甘露醇和山梨醇处理的最适浓度分别为0.8和0.6 mmol/L。 Salt-sensitive buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) variety was used as experimental material. The effects of mannitol and sorbitol on salt tolerance of buckwheat were studied through adding different concentrations of mannitol and sorbitol under NaCl stress. The results showed that the appropriate concentrations of mannitol and sorbitol treatment could obviously increase the roots vigor of buckwheat seedlings and obviously decrease the malondialdehyde(MDA) content of buckwheat leaves under NaCl stress, which could obviously increase the peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activity of buckwheat leaves. The effect of mannitol treatment was better than that of sorbitol treatment. It is indicated that the appropriate concentrations of mannitol and sorbitol treatment could obviously increase the salt tolerance of buckwheat seedlings, and the optimal concentrations of mannitol and sorbitol treatment were 0.8 mmol / L and 0.6 mmol / L, respectively.
