摘要
为明确贵州省不同地区褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens Stal)对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和异丙威的抗性,采用点滴法测定了贵州省黄平县、开阳县和桐梓县褐飞虱种群对吡虫啉、噻虫嗪和异丙威的敏感性。结果表明,三地褐飞虱种群对供试杀虫剂的敏感性存在差异,桐梓种群对吡虫啉和噻虫嗪的敏感度高;开阳种群对吡虫啉和异丙威敏感度低;黄平种群对异丙威的敏感度高,而对噻虫嗪的敏感度低。与敏感品系相比,黄平种群、开阳种群和桐梓种群对吡虫啉的抗性倍数分别为18.7、25.7和13.9,表现出中等水平抗性;对异丙威的抗性倍数分别为6.2、9.4和7.5,表现出低水平抗性。
The topical application method was used to detect susceptibilities of N. lugens collected from Huangping, Kaiyang and Tongzi County of Guizhou province to imidacloprid, thiamethoxam and isoprocarb. The results showed that the levels of susceptibility to the three insecticides were different among the N. lugens populations from different areas of Guizhou province. The most sensitiveness to imidacloprid and thiamethoxam was Tongzi population of N. lugens. The most insensitiveness to imidacloprid and isoprocarb was Kaiyang population of N. lugens. The most sensitiveness to isoprocarb was Huangping population of N. lugens, but it showed the most insensitiveness to thiamethoxam. Compared with the susceptible population of N. lugens, Huangping, Kaiyang and Tongzi populations of N. lugens developed a medium level of resistance to imidacloprid with 18.9-fold, 25.9-fold and 13.9-fold, showing a low level of resistance to isoprocarb with 6.2-fold, 9.4-fold and 7.5-fold, respectively.
