拿敌稳对黄瓜的安全性及防治黄瓜靶斑病效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨拿敌稳防治黄瓜靶斑病的可行性和对黄瓜的安全性,测定用其浸种及茎叶喷雾对黄瓜植株的影响,并进行田间防治靶斑病试验。结果表明,30、60 mg/L拿敌稳浸种对黄瓜株高、根长、茎粗增长的影响均低于30 mg/L己唑醇处理,且能明显减轻靶斑病;黄瓜幼苗期、开花期喷施拿敌稳60 mg/L对黄瓜株高的抑制率最高为17.26%和4.56%,显著低于30 mg/L己唑醇;拿敌稳对黄瓜靶斑病的田间防治效果为74.76%~84.28%,总体与己唑醇相当,优于阿米西达。试验表明拿敌稳对黄瓜安全且防治靶斑病效果较好。 Seeds and seedling of cucumber were soaked and sprayed respectively to evaluate the safety of nativo to cucumber, while field trials were conducted to evaluate the control efficacy of nativo to cucumber target spot disease. The results showed that the inhibition rate of 30 mg / L and 60 mg / L nativo on plant height, root length and increase rate of stem diameter were significantly lower than that of 30 mg / L hexaconazole after seed-soaking treatment. It had significant effect against target spot disease. The rate of plant height inhibition were 17.26% and 4.56% at cucumber seedling and florescence period after nativo spraying treatment with concentration of 60 mg / L, significant lower than that of hexaconazole. The control efficacies were 74.76~84.28% 7 days after last treatment in field. The study showed that nativo was safe to cucumber and efficacious to target spot disease and could be used as an alternative chemical to control target spot disease.
