摘要
以金叶女贞(Ligustrum vicaryi)为试验材料,模拟自然扬尘,探讨其在3种不同粉尘(水泥粉尘、道路粉尘、燃煤粉尘)处理下滞尘量差异及蒙尘后的生理响应。结果表明,金叶女贞对燃煤粉尘和水泥粉尘的滞留量明显大于道路粉尘,燃煤粉尘处理下达到饱和的时间最长。3种不同粉尘处理后,相对含水量出现先降低后上升的趋势,比叶重呈现出动态变化趋势,细胞膜透性和脯氨酸含量则有增加的趋势,同时季节对于生理指标有影响。
Taking Ligustrum vicaryi as experimental materials, the simulation of natural dust was carried out to explore the physiological response of dust retention and dust under the treatment of three different dust(cement dust,road dust,coal-fired dust) was studied. The results showed that the dust-retention capability of Ligustrum vicaryi on coal-fired dust and cement dust retention was significantly greater than that of the road dust. The saturated time of coal-fired dust treatment was the longest. After the treatment of three differ ent dust, the relative water content decreased firstly and then increased. The specific leaf weight changed dynamically. There was an increasing trend in the permeability of cell membrane and proline content. Seasons had some influence on the physiological response.
