从湖北省黄陂地区肉鸭养殖场送检病料中分离到2株疑似鸭沙门氏菌(Salmonella),经普通培养基培养、生化试验、PCR鉴定、药物敏感性试验,鉴定为鸭源鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,分别命名为HP-2和HP-3株。该菌对多种抗生素具有耐药性,用分离鉴定的沙门氏菌HP-2株感染小鼠,小鼠全部死亡。经皮下注射途径感染13日龄雏鸭,致病性试验结果显示,试验雏鸭死亡率达60%,引起纤维素性心包炎、纤维素性肝被膜炎和纤维素性肺炎,说明此株沙门氏菌具有强致病性。药物敏感性试验结果显示,沙门氏菌HP-2和HP-3株对氯洁霉素、万古霉素、麦迪霉素、氧哌嗪青霉素、苯唑青霉素有耐药性。
Two suspected strains of Salmonella were isolated from the clinical samples of meat ducks belonging to a meat duck farm located in Huangpi District of Hubei province. By cultured on normal medium, biochemical test, PCR identification, animal regression, drug susceptibility test, the two strains were identified duck intestine as Salmonella typhimurium and named as HP-2 and HP-3. The two strains were resistant to multiple antibiotics. Mice were all dead after infected with the HP-2 strain. After subcutaneous infection of 13-days-old ducklings, it showed that the mortality could approach 60% and there were fibrinous pericarditis,fibrinous glissonitis and fibrinous pneumonia, indicating that the HP-2 strain was of serious pathogenicity. The results of drug susceptibility tests showed the HP-2 and HP-3 strains were resistant to clindamycin,vancomycin,mydecamycin,piperacillin and oxacillin.
