摘要
采用超声波辅助提取金荞麦[Fagopyrum cymosum(Trev.)Meisn]叶中总黄酮,并比较了国内外3种常用比色法的测定结果。结果表明,AlCl3-KAC显色法稳定性好,操作简便,适用于金荞麦叶中的总黄酮含量测定。
Ultrasonic-assisted method was used to extract flavonoid from leaf of Fagopyrum cymosum（Trev.） Meisn. Three popular colorimetric methods were compared. The results showed that AlCl3-KAC colorimetric method was suitable for measuring flavonoid content in leaf of F. cymosum（Trev.） Meisn and it was convenient, accurate and reproducible for determing flavonoid in leaf of F. cymosum（Trev.） Meisn.
