防己中砷、汞、硒、镉的氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用微波消解法处理防己(Radix stephaniae Tetrandrae)样品,然后用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定防己中的砷、汞、硒和镉的含量。结果表明,加标回收率在96.9%~104.1%之间(n=5),相对标准偏差均小于3%,具有良好的精密度和准确度。各元素的检出限为0.03~0.19 ng/mL,能满足中药材中无机元素的测定要求。本法操作简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于中药材中有害重金属含量的检测。 Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestion was used to determine As, Hg, Se and Cd in Radix stephaniae Tetrandrae. The results showed that the recoveries obtained by standard addition method were between 96.9% and 104.1%, while the RSD(n=5) was lower than 3.0%, showing good accuracy and precision. The limits of detection were between 0.03 ng / mL and 0.19 ng / mL, meeting the testing requirements of inorganic elements in Chinese herbal medicine. This method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used in determining the content of heavy metals in Chinese drugs.
