北败酱多糖的提取及其抑制亚硝化作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用正交设计优化北败酱(Sonchus arvensis L.)多糖的提取工艺,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量,紫外光解法测定北败酱多糖对亚硝酸盐的清除率。结果表明,最终的优化提取方案为根部多糖提取温度85℃,提取时间3 h,料液比(g∶mL)为1∶50;地上部分多糖提取温度85℃,提取时间2 h,料液比为1∶50。北败酱地上部多糖含量为3.616%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.171 4%(n=3);根部多糖含量为5.961%,RSD为0.140 9%(n=3)。北败酱多糖对亚硝酸盐的最大清除率为67.00%。 An orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the optimal extraction conditions for polysaccharide of Sonchus arvensis L. Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the contents of polysaccharide in the extract. Ultraviolet was used to determine the eliminating capability of the polysaccharide to nitrite. Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for the polysaccharide in root were extraction temperature of 85 ℃,extraction time of 3 hours,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶50(g∶mL). The optimal extraction condition for the polysaccharide in overground parts were extraction temperature of 85 ℃,extraction time of 2 hours,solid to liquid ratio of 1∶50. The contents of polysaccharide in overground parts and root of Sonchus arvensis L. were 3.616% and 5.961%, with RSD of 0.171 4%(n=3) and 0.1409%(n=3), respectively. The maximum eliminating rate to nitrite is high up to 67.00%.
