如何让“导师制”在研发型企业落地生根

摘要 导师制作为企业培养人才队伍的重要手段之一,在实际运行中应借助职业生涯发展、岗位任职资格等多个系统协同发展,这样才能取得良好的效果。阐述应如何在研发型企业中建立导师制管理体系,如何从人力资源管理层面推进导师制管理体系。提出在实施过程中应该注意的事项,以及相应的解决策略,以保证导师制在企业人才培养中发挥最大的效用。
