介绍了磷脂酶D(PLD)的研究现状及进展,包括其分类、来源和用途,详述了PLD的抗逆特性和相关作用机理及对PLD活性检测的最新方法,对PLD在科学研究中的发展前景进行了展望。
The advances in phospholipase D（PLD） including the classification, sources and the uses of PLD family were reviewed. The characteristics and mechanisms of stress tolerance of PLD and the latest detection methods of PLD activity were discussed. The prospect of PLD in future research was put forward.
