摘要
采用常规制片方法对红花金银花(Lonicera syringantha Maxim.)的染色体进行核型分析。结果表明,红花金银花的染色体数目为18条,基数为9,染色体核型公式为:2n=18=2M+12m(2SAT)+2sm+2st,其中第3号染色体具随体,染色体相对长度组成为2n=18=4L+4M2+4M1+6S,核型属于"2B"型,核型不对称系数为63.12%,属于由对称向不对称演化的过渡型;同时对核型的4个重要性状进行了分析,结果表明,红花金银花的进化指数为8,进化程度较高;表明红花金银花是较野生金银花进化的类型。
Chromosme Karyotype of Lonicera syringantha Maxim. was analyzed using the routine chromosome preparation technique. Results showed that the chromosome number of L. syringantha Maxim. was 2n=18 with the karyotype formula of 2n= 2M+12m(2SAT)+2sm+2st. One satellite was found in the third chromosome The relative length of the chromosome composition was 2n=18=4L+4M2+4M1+6S. The karyotype was belonged to "2B" type, with index of asymmetric of 63.12% belonging to transition type from symmetry type to asymmetry one. The four important traits of chromosme karyotype were analyzed. The results showed that the evolution index of chromosme karyotype of L. syringantha Maxim. was eight. The evolution extent was high, suggesting that L. syringantha Maxim. is relatively evolutional form compared to wild type Lonicera japonica.
