中国农区特色文化产业乡镇形成机制研究——以民族乐器之乡堌阳镇为例

Study on the Formation and Development Mechanism of the Featured Cultural Industry Town in Cultivated Region of China:The Case of Guyang Town in Lankao County

以民族乐器之乡河南省兰考县堌阳镇为例,从地方资源运用、地方参与、外界连结三个方面,分析了中国农区特色文化产业乡镇形成与发展的机理.发现在资源运用方面,合理运用兰考泡桐等地方资源是堌阳特色文化产业乡镇形成与发展的基础;在与外界连结方面,结合地方资源,引入合适的生产管理技术是其形成与壮大的关键;在地方参与方面,基于对家乡的认同与依恋,当地农户的自发性举动有利于堌阳特色文化产业的快速形成.同时,农区厚实的社会资本,有利于地方企业的合作与创新.而地方政府及行业协会的适时介入,则保证了堌阳特色文化产业的健康、持续发展.通过个案研究与理论对照还发现,与农区制造业专业镇和农业专业镇相比,农户与企业对地方资源的维护态度和利用程度、地方文化认同、文化产品销售渠道等,在农区特色文化产业乡镇演化过程中尤为重要.

In this paper,taking Guyang town as an example,by looking at the three contributors-the use of local resources,participation of local residents and connections with the outside world,the formation and development mechanism of the featured cultural industry town in traditional cultivated region was examined.There are four major discoveries：first,the rational use of local resources is the basis of the formation and development of Guyang. Second,combining local resources,the introduction of the appropriate production and management technologies is the key of the formation and growth of Guyang.Third,based on the participation of local residents and connections with the outside world,the spontaneous behavior of local farmers is conducive to the rapid formation of characteristic culture industry;Massive rural social capital,which is beneficial to the cooperation and innovation of local enterprises,and timely intervention of local governments and industry associations have guaranteed the healthy and sustainable development of the national musical instruments industry in Guyang.Lastly,the different local resource use degrees and maintenance attitudes of the farmers and enterprises,local cultural identity and cultural product sales channels are particularly important to the evolution of the featured cultural industry town,compared to the specialized town which formed mainly by manufacturing and agriculture in cultivated region of China.
