摘要
十八届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》明确提出"允许医师多点执业",再次引起全社会的高度关注。在这一背景下,本文阐述了医师多点执业的意义,分析了医师多点执业的困境,并借鉴国外医师多点执业经验,提出了我国医师多点执业的对策建议,为有关部门决策提供参考。
At the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Conference,The Decisions on Several Significant Problems Taken by the Central Committee of CPC was passed,＂the permission of permitting physicians Multi-sited license＂was put forward and this aroused people＇s high attention.Against this background,the paper analyzes its meaning and dilemmas,and comes up with the strategies based on the foreign physicians＇ experiences which may provide conference for relevant departments.
