摘要 目的探讨PBL+CBL双轨教学模式在康复医学教学实施中的效果。方法2006级48名八年制本科学生的康复医学教学,20人采用传统教学模式,设为对照组;28人采用PBL+CBL双轨教学模式,设为试验组。课程结束后两组分别进行闭卷考试评价教学效果,试验组进行问卷调查。结果试验组学生考试成绩较对照组有明显提高,主要表现在病例分析应用方面;问卷调查结果表明学生对这种教学模式接受满意度高。结论 PBL+CBL双轨教学模式有利于提高康复医学教学质量,提高学生的综合分析及临床实践能力。 Objective Investigate PBL+CBL double-track teaching mode in the implementation of Rehabilitation Medicine teaching.Method Use 48undergraduate students of 2006in eight-year Rehabilitation Medicine program.20students under the traditional teaching mode as the control group;28 students under PBL+CBL double-track teaching mode as the test group.At the end of the course, the two groups each took closed book examination by which teaching effectiveness was evaluated. Questionaire surwey was conducted on the test group.Results Test results of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group students'.Differences are mainly in the application of case analysis.Survey results show that students accepted this teaching model with high satisfaction.Conclusion PBL+ CBL double-track teaching model will help improve the quality of teaching Rehabilitation Medicine and improve students' comprehensive analysis and clinical practice abilities.
