PBL教学模式联合临床路径在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)结合临床路径(Clinical pathway,CP)在肝胆外科临床见习中的应用效果。方法将40名见习学生按学号的单双分为实验组和对照组;实验组应用PBL教学模式结合临床路径带教,对照组按以往传统方式带教,教学效果评价从学生出科综合考试、调查问卷以及见习总结来进行;结果采用T检验及χ2检验进行分析,P值<0.05表示有统计学意义。结果实验组学生出科的平均总成绩为(85.68±0.71)分,对照组为(81.55±0.95)分;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对PBL教学模式结合临床路径的11项评价指标的满意度高,相比对照组传统教学模式在教学灵活性、学习兴趣的培养、独立解决问题的能力、创新精神等能力方面提高明显。结论 PBL教学模式结合临床路径(CP)在肝胆外科的临床见习效果显著,能提高教学质量。 Objective To evaluate the effect of"Problem-based learning(PBL)"teaching model combine with"Clinical pathway,(CP)"in the clinical practice of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 40students of grade 2010,Chingqing Medical University were divided in two groups:The PBL+CP group as the experiment group and traditional teaching group as the control group.Teaching effect was evaluated according to the composite results of test score,questionnaire survey,and feelings and experiences notes after the clinical practice.Data were analysed according to the Student't test and chi-square test and P〈0.05signified statistically significant.Results Average test score of PBL+CP was 85.68±0. 71,while traditional teaching group was 81.55±0.95(P〈0.05).The questionnaire survey indicate that students in PBL+CP teaching group exhibit high satisfactory and proficiency in the clinical practice,compared with the traditional group(P〈 0.05).Conclusion PBL combine with CP teaching model has great value in clinical practice of hepatobiliary surgery.
