脑胶质瘤中P53,MGMT,EGFR的表达及临床意义

The Expression of P53,MGMT and EGFR in Glioma and Their Clinical Significance

目的探讨P53,MGMT,EGFR在脑胶质瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法收集40例患者的临床特点,用免疫组化染色后,观察计算标本中P53,MGMT,EGFR的表达,分析其与脑胶质瘤的关系,及其两两间的关系。结果 40例脑胶质瘤标本中,P53的阳性表达率是47.5%,其中高级别脑胶质瘤的表达高于低级别脑胶质瘤(P<0.05);MGMT的阳性表达率是37.5%,高级别脑胶质瘤的表达与低级别脑胶质瘤的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EGFR的阳性表达率是55%,其中高级别脑胶质瘤的表达高于低级别脑胶质瘤(P<0.05);P53,MGMT,EGFR的表达在不同的年龄段,不同性别及不同肿瘤大小中的表达差异无统计学意义。P53的表达与MGMT的表达呈负相关(P<0.05),P53的表达与EGFR的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 P53,EGFR,MGMT可能在脑胶质瘤的发生发展恶变过程中起着重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the expression of P53,EGFR,MGMT and their clinical significances in glioma.Methods 40 cases were included in the study.The expressions of P53 protein,EGFR,MGMT were determined by immunohistochemistry with SP system.Their correlations were analyzed.Results P53 expression was detected with a 47.5% positive rate.The expression rate of P53 in grade Ⅰ / Ⅱgliomas was higher than in grade Ⅲ / Ⅳ gliomas（P〈0.05）.MGMT expression was detected with a 37.5% positive rate.The expression rate of MGMT in grade Ⅲ / Ⅳ gliomas was higher than in grade Ⅰ / Ⅱ gliomas but there was no significant difference in statistically（P〉0.05）.EGFR expression was detected with a 55% positive rate.The expression rate of EGFR in grade Ⅰ / Ⅱgliomas was higher than in grade Ⅲ / Ⅳ gliomas（P〈0.05）.The expressions of P53,EGFR and MGMT were not related with the age,sex and the tumor size（P〉0.05）.The expression of P53 was positively correlated with the expression of EGFR（P〈0.05）.The expression of P53 was negative correlated to the expression of MGMT（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of P53,MGMT,and EGFR may play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma.
