Sural Neurovascular Island Flap to Repair Soft Tissue Defect of Ankle and Leg

目的应用腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣修复踝部及小腿软组织缺损,促使创面早日愈合。方法对小腿、踝及足部皮肤软组织缺损26例,用腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣修复。结果 26例腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣全部成活,成功修复缺损。结论腓肠神经营养血管岛状皮瓣修复踝部及小腿软组织缺损是一种较好的方法,手术方法简单,不需吻合血管,适合基层医院开展。

Objective To application of sural neurovascular island flap to repair soft tissue defect of ankle and leg,promote wound healing.Methods On the leg,ankle and foot soft tissue defect in 26 cases,with sural neurovascular island flap.Results 26 cases of sural neurovascular island flap survived,the successful repair of the defect.Conclusion Defect sural neurovascular island flap in repairing the ankle and lower leg soft tissue is a kind of better method,suitable for grass-roots level.
