8例系统性红斑狼疮患者临床误诊分析

Clinical Analysis of Misdiagnosis about Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in 8 Cases

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者临床误诊原因。方法回顾性分析我院2010年8月至2013年5月共误诊系统性红斑狼疮患者8例临床特点及实验室资料,对其误诊结果进行总结。结果 7例通过骨髓形态学检验和1例通过胸腔积液检验到红斑狼疮细胞而确诊。结论骨髓穿刺涂片及积液检验找到红斑狼疮细胞对初诊SLE患者有非常重要的诊断价值,在骨髓检验及体液检验中应引起重视。

Objective To investigate the systemi clupus erythematosus patient＇s clinical misdiagnosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus clinical characteristics and laboratory data in our hospital from 2010 August to 2013 May.Resuls 7 cases were diagnosised by bone marrow morphology inspection,and 1 case was diagnosised by examination in pleural effusion to find Lupus erythematosuscells.Conclusion Bone marrow smear and hydrops inspecttion to found lupus erythematosus cells have important value to di-agnosis systemic lupus erythematosus,we should pay attention to thebone marrow examination and humoral examination.
