优质护理模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理中应用效果的临床研究

Quality Care Models in Orthopedic Patient Care Arthroplasty Clinical Study on Application Effects

目的研究优质护理模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理服务中应用效果的临床影响。方法收集近3年来我院就诊的328例关节置换病患,随机分为两组,即优护组和普通组,分别给予优质护理模式和普通护理模式的护理操作,比较两组患者对护理工作的满意度、住院时长、并发症发生率及费用等因素。结果优护组与对照组相比,患者的满意度更高,就医时间缩短,愈合加快,术后并发症明显减少,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者在优质护理模式下治疗可以减少住院天数,降低并发症发病率,减免部分医药费用,从而增加对治疗的满意程度。

Objective Investigate the quality care model in orthopedic arthroplasty patient care in clinical application.Methods Collected nearly three years our hospital 328 cases of joint replacement patients were divided into two groups,excellent combination of ordinary care group were given high-quality care model and the general nursing care model,two groups were compared on satisfaction with care,hospitalization average number of days,the incidence of complications and expenses and other aspects of parameters.Results Excellent care group compared with the control group satisfaction,the average length of stay,incidence of complications and hospitalization costs side there is a significant advantage.And two of the indicators analyzed statistically significant difference.Conclusion Quality care to patients in the treatment mode can reduce the length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of complications,waiving part of their medical costs,thereby increasing the level of satisfaction of the treatment effect.
