摘要
目的观察利器盒放置位置与回收利器具的效果分析。方法改进利器盒放置位置,分别于2013年4～7月和8～11月每天分四个时段对使用利器盒回收利器具过程中针刺伤情况、改进后使用满意度及对976例次利器盒回收利器具的撒漏情况进行调查。结果利器盒放置位置改变后医护人员使用未出现利器伤情况,治疗室及治疗车利器盒的使用满意率分别为100%和83.33%,满意度比较差异有统计学意义;976例次利器盒回收的撒漏情况改变放置位置后显著优于改变放置位置前,差异有统计学意义。结论将利器盒放置在合适的位置,能有效降低医护人员的职业伤害及减少环境污染,降低医院感染的发生,是一种有效减少一次性利器具危害的方法。
Objective To observe the effect of the tool box used in recycling the appliance.Methods Improved the place of tool box,analyze the needle stick injury,satisfaction,appliance leakage during using the tool box,respectively in April July and August November 2013.Results Doctors and nurses were not sticked by needles,the satisfaction during using the tool box in treatment room and medical trolleys is 100% and 83.33%,and the appliance leakage was markedly decreased after change the place of the tool box.There difference of satisfaction was statistically significant.Conclusion Place the tool box in place can effectively reduce the medical staff occupational injuries and reduce environmental pollution,reduce the occurrence of hospital infection,which is a kind of effective method to reduce the the damage of disposable devices.
