D296树脂从含钼酸性溶液中吸附钼的试验研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对含钼高温合金废料酸浸液中钼含量低的特点,采用离子交换法从含钼酸性溶液中提取钼,选用D296树脂吸附钼,通过动态试验考察了料液pH、流速和料液与树脂体积比对Mo吸附率的影响,并测定了Mo吸附曲线。结果表明,当反应温度为25℃,料液pH为2,吸附流速为4.5倍树脂床体积/h时,Mo吸附率达到94.74%;D296树脂对Mo的饱和吸附容量为50 mgMo/g。 Mo was extracted from the acidic solution containing molybdenum with ion exchange of D296 resin,according to the characteristics of low molybdenum content of acid leaching solution obtained from the superalloy scrap containing molybdenum. The influences of pH of feed solution,flow rate and volume ratio of resin to feed solution on the adsorption rate of Mo were investigated in the dynamic tests. The dynamic adsorption curve of Mo was also determined. The experimental results show that the optimum adsorption parameters are proposed as the following: 25℃ for reaction temperature,2 for feed solution pH,4. 5 times of resin-bed volume per hours for adsorption flow rate. In the optimum parameters mentioned above,the adsorption rate of Mo reaches 94. 74% and the saturated adsorption capacity of D296 resin for Mo is determined to be 50mg / g.
