1株耐氯霉素腐败微生物的16S rRNA基因序列与碳源代谢指纹图谱分析

16S rRNA Gene Sequence and Carbon Metabolic Fingerprint Analysis of a Chloramphenicol Resistant Septic Bacterial Strain Isolated from Cosmetics

摘要 从污染的化妆品中分离到1株具有氯霉素抗性的革兰阴性菌213#。通过16S rRNA基因同源性比较,表明分离菌与GenBank中洋葱伯克霍尔德(Burkholderia cepacia)标准菌株同源性为100%,通过Biolog GN2MicroPlate分析该病原菌对95种碳源的利用能力,发现分离菌与Biolog数据库中的B.cepacia具有最相似的特征代谢指纹。 A chloramphenicol resistant Gram-negative strain 213# with was isolated from cosmetics.16S rRNA gene homologous comparison indicated that the similarity of strain 213# and the standard strain of Burkholderia cepacia in GenBank was 100%.It was found through Biolog GN2 MicroPlate analysis on its utilization ability to 95 carbon sources the strain had the best similarities of metabolic fingerprint with B.cepacia the one in Biolog Database.
