Isolation and Growth Characteristics of an Ureolytic Strain

摘要 利用微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(Microbially Induced Calcite Precipitation,MICP)进行岩土工程加固是一种绿色原位加固新技术。为获得用于MICP技术的菌株,采用选择性富集、平板分离法从土壤中分离了1株尿素分解菌,并研究了其生长特性。结果表明这株尿素分解菌的最适生长条件为初始pH值9,接种量4%,温度35℃,摇床转速200 r/min。 The method of the utilization of microbial induced calcite precipitation(MICP) for rock and soil consolidation is a new green technique for in-situ reinforcement.In order to obtain the strain for MICP,an ureolytic strain was isolated from soil using selective enrichment culture and plate screening techniques.Then its growth characteristics were also studied.The results showed the suitable growth conditions of the ureolytic Strain were as follows:initial pH9,inoculation volume 4%,culture temperature 35 ℃ and rotation rate 200 r /min.
