摘要 目的:探讨如何快速建立大鼠实验性牙周炎模型,为开展牙周病的病因及防治的研究提供简便可靠的造模方法。方法:20只5周龄SD大鼠,采取"牙龈划割+钢丝结扎+牙周炎患者细菌培养物冲洗+高糖饮食"的办法进行造模,在第2周末和第4周末观察牙龈炎症、牙周袋深度及牙松动度、牙槽骨吸收情况等指标,确认是否成功建模。结果:在第4周末实验牙牙槽骨吸收已深达根尖,其余指标也均显示成功建立了大鼠重度牙周炎模型。结论:使用该方法能够比较快速简便的构建大鼠重度牙周炎模型,从而有效模拟临床牙周炎发展进程,为牙周病的病因研究及临床防治提供依据。 Objective: To establish an experimental rodent model of periodontitis for the understanding of the progression, prevention,and treatment of the disease. Methods: 20 five-week old rats received a gingival incision followed by steel wire suture, then inoculated with periodontitis bacterial suspension and fed with a high-glucose diet.Several indexes were recorded on the second and fourth week. Resuits: The alveolar bone loss reached the apex of the root by the end of the fourth week. Other indexes also indicated that a severe periodontitis was established. Conclusion:We have successfully established a simple but reliable method to imitate severe periodontitis in rats. This method can be used to better understand the progression of periodontitis and provide a basis for further study on etiology, prevention and treatment of periodontitis.
