2001至2012年乳腺癌预后因素研究的中文文献计量分析

摘要 目的:从文献计量学角度了解国内2001年至2012年乳腺癌预后因素的研究情况,为乳腺癌预后因素的进一步研究提供参考。方法:以中国知网CNKI为检索平台,利用文献计量学方法,对国内公开发表的乳腺癌预后因素研究文献,从发表年限、发表期刊、下载次数和被引频次数、作者和获得资助项目等方面进行分析。结果:2001年至2012年被中国知网收录的乳腺癌预后因素研究文献量为1905篇,数量总体为上升趋势;发文量最多的期刊为《中国肿瘤临床》,为78篇;发文量和被引次数最高的研究机构为天津医科大学;发文量最多的作者为中国医学科学院的王树滨,为9篇;发文被引次数最多的作者是天津医科大学的刘红,为57次;获得项目资助最多的机构为天津医科大学。结论:从2001年至2012年中国知网收录情况看,乳腺癌预后因素研究日益受到关注,天津医科大学在此领域的研究较为深入。 Objective: To investigate the domestic status of researches on prognostic factors of breast cancer from 2001 to 2012, providing reference for further study. Methods: With CNKI,as the searching platform,bibliometric method was adopted to analyze the published literatures on the prognostic factors of breast cancer.Results: 1905 articles were included and the total number showed an increasing tendency year by year. The journal published the most articles was "Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology"; Tianjin Medical University published the most articles and it was also the most frequently cited institute. The author published the most articles is WANG Shu-bin from Chinese Academy Of Medical Sciences; The author whose articles were most frequently cited was LIU Hong from Tianjin Medical University. Tianjin Medical University also obtained the most funds. Conclusion: More and more researchs are performed to investigate breast cancer prognosis and Tianjin Medical University is the leading institute in this research direction.
