生态因子对三七稳定碳同位素比率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 现有的三七追溯体系中,由于缺乏可靠的溯源技术,可能会人为改变产地与终端产品一一对应的关系,构建出虚假的产地信息。本文通过相关和逐步回归分析,研究了生态因子对三七不同部位稳定碳同位素比率的影响,确定影响稳定碳同位素比率变化的主导生态因子,从而为三七产地溯源提供技术支撑。结果表明:三七茎叶中稳定碳同位素比率与土壤交换性Mg呈显著正相关,与土壤有效Fe,土壤容重呈显著负相关,与CEC呈极显著正相关,与粉/粘呈极显著负相关;块根中稳定碳同位素比率与土壤中有效Zn存在极显著负相关关系,与CEC呈显著正相关,与粉/粘、土壤容重呈显著负相关;对三七茎叶中稳定碳同位素比率起关键作用的生态因子是纬度、日照、年降水量、一月平均温;而纬度、年均温、年降水量、透光率则是影响三七块根中稳定碳同位素比率的关键因子;纬度和年降水量是影响三七芦头中稳定碳同位素比率的关键因子。纬度和年降水是三七不同部位稳定同位素比率变异的主导因素,从而为不同地域三七溯源提供了理论依据。 In the traceability system of Panax notoginseng nowadays,due to lack of application of a reliable traceability technology,it may change the origin of one to one relationship with the end product artificially,build out false information.By correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis,we studied the effect of ecological factors on the ratio of stable carbon isotope of different parts of P.notoginseng,to determine the dominant ecological factors which influencing the stable carbon isotope ratio,and to provide technical support for traceability system of P.notoginseng.The results showed that there was significantly positive correlation between the ratio of stable carbon isotope and exchangeable Mg of soil,significantly negative correlated between the ratio of stable carbon isotope and available Fe,bulk density,CEC,and extremely significant negative correlation with silt/clay in the shoots of P.notoginseng.There was extremely significant negative correlation between the ratio of stable carbon isotope and soil available Zn,significantly negative correlation between the ratio of stable carbon isotope and silt/clay,bulk density of soil,significantly positive correlation between the ratio of stable carbon isotope and soil CEC in root tuber of P.notoginseng; the dominant ecological factors which influencing the ratio of stable carbon isotope of shoots were latitude,sunshine,annual precipitation,average January temperature; latitude,average annual temperature,annual precipitation,light transmission rate were the key factors affecting the ratio of stable carbon isotope of root tuber; latitude and annual precipitation were the key factors affecting the ratio of stable carbon isotope of rhizoma of P.notoginseng.Latitude and annual precipitation are the dominant factors affecting the ratio of stable carbon isotope of different parts of P.notoginseng,which provide theoretical evidence for traceability of P.notoginseng.
