转基因水稻对土壤性质及土壤生物的影响 被引量:5

摘要 土壤生态系统是整个生态系统中物质循环和能量转化的重要场所,土壤生态系统的稳定直接关乎于整个农业系统的稳定性。随着转基因技术发展与商业应用,转基因水稻种植面积逐年扩大,虽然带来了一定的经济效益,但也引发了人们对转基因水稻生态安全和生物安全的思考,包括对土壤生物存在的潜在危害以及对土壤生态系统的影响。根据国内外近年来对转基因水稻的最新研究,本文综述了转基因水稻外源物质在土壤中的残留,及其对土壤理化性质、土壤动物和土壤微生物的影响,分析了转基因水稻对土壤生态系统的潜在风险。最后提出能更全面评价转基因水稻对土壤生态系统影响的建议。 Soil-ecosystem has done much with material cycle and energy conversion in the ecological system, the stability of the soil ecosystem directly related to agricultural production. With the develop- merit of transgenic technology and the applications in commercialize, transgenic rice growing area has expanded each year. Although it may produce some economic benefits, the severely consideration of ecological safety and biosafety have been sparked, such as potential hazards of soil organisms and effects on soil ecosystem. Based on the latest research of transgenic rice in recent years at home and a- broad, this article have reviewed exogenous substance from transgenic rice residues in soil, and its effect on soil properties, soil fauna and microbes, analyzed the potential risks of transgenic rice on soil ecosystem. Finally, a more comprehensive evaluation of transgenic rice on soil ecosystem effects sug- gestions has been put forward.
