摘要
为了研究节鞭山姜(Alpinia conchigera)的化学成分,利用各种色谱技术从节鞭山姜全草的甲醇提取物中分离到7个酚性化合物,其结构用波谱分析方法分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲醛(1)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯(2)、反式对羟基桂皮醛(3)、(E)-p-coumaryl alcoholγ-O-methyl ether(4)、E-p-coumaryl alcohol ethyl ether(5)、反式对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(6)、1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基)-苯-1,2,3-丙三醇(7)。其中化合物1,3,4,5,7为首次从该植物中分离得到。研究结果为节鞭山姜的开发提供数据支持。
In order to study the chemical constituents of Alpinia conchigera, seven phenolic com- pounds were isolated from MeOH extract of the whole plants of A. conchigera by various chromatography methods. The structures of them were identified by spectroscopic analysis to be p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 1 ), methyl-3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoate ( 2 ), trans-p-hydroxylcinnamaldehyde ( 3 ), (E) -p- coumaryl alcohol T-O-methyl ether (4), E-p-coumaryl alcohol ethyl ether (5), trans-p-hydroxy cin- namic methyl ester (6) and 1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) propane-1, 2, 3-triol (7), respec- tively. Among them, compounds 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The exploitation of A. conchigera will be supported by the above results.
