国外马克思主义视野下的女性“融智计划”

随着经济全球化和西方马克思主义"融智计划"的发展,全球范围的女性在人口总体现状中的流动分布、老龄化比重、国际女性移民趋势等方面都呈现出新变化和新特点。全球化背景下,女性群体日益对国内公共政策和基层民主、社会团体、人才战略的制定等产生深刻影响。根据我国女性自身特点,分析借鉴国外马克思主义的女性"融智计划",积极应对"后资本主义"社会女性人力资源的战略挑战,对深化中国特色马克思主义妇女观和女性参政议政的实践发展都大有裨益。

With the depth of globalization development , the economic position of the female is growing up .The trend of the female emi-gration is active unprecedentedly .It is not only on the total trend of the emigration of globalization in the future , but also on the rule and norm of the nations .What do we want to build up the relationship between female and male will decide the level of the development and freedom of the human beings .With the analysis of the issues such as HR , Population Portions and Fairness＆Justice of female , we will appeal to the building of the rights of female .It is very important for the Marxist Women outlook and women＇s participation in poli-tics to analyze the cognitariat programe in western countries and to deal with the strategy challenge of women human resources .
