摘要
优化资源配置、降低碳排放量对于促进我国电力市场的发展具有深远的现实意义。文章在节能发电权交易的基础上,将网络损耗和煤耗量引入发电权交易中,建立了综合考虑网络损耗和煤耗量的新型低碳发展需要的发电权交易模型。在发电权撮合交易和双边交易形式下,以IEEE-14节点的系统为基础与传统的只考虑节煤量的发电权交易模型进行了仿真算例分析。结果表明了该模型对于降低碳排放量以及达到市场资源配置最优化目的的效果显著。
Optimizing the allocation of resources and reducing carbon emissions has a far-reaching meaning on promoting the development of electricity market in China. On the basis of generation right trade,this paper introduced transmission losses and coal consumption into generation right trade,built a model for generation right trade that satisfied the need of low carbon development,with comprehensive consideration of transmission losses and coal consumption. Within the power trading and bilateral transaction form,the traditional model of generation right trade which consider only the amount of coal saving was analyzed. The conclusion shows the model established in this paper has significant effect on optimizing market resource allocation and reducing carbon emissions.
