油田产能项目考核算法的研究

Investigation of evaluation algorithm for oilfield producing energy construction

油田产能业务涉及多部门多岗位协同工作,各个工作环节衔接紧密。为了解决产能项目各环节信息共享不畅、部门间协调沟通效率低等问题,建立了一种基于工作流的考核算法,经实践表明该算法提高了新井投产运行效率,增强了部门、岗位之间的业务沟通。使考核更加科学、公正,考核结果更具有说服力。

The oil production operations involving multi sector and multi position post collaborative work,each work link closely connected. In order to solve the problem of poor capacity of information sharing and the low efficiency of coordination and communication between departments,this paper establishes the evaluation algorithm based on workflow. It improves the operation efficiency of new oil well put into operation,enhanced between the departments and the post business communication. So as it makes the assessment more scientific,fair,the evaluation results are more persuasive.
