摘要
通过有限元软件FORGE模拟风机主轴圆角成形过程,得到了成形过程中等效应力、等效应变、温度场的分布图,从而为以后的工艺改进提供合理的科学依据。
The fillet forming process is simulated by means of the finite element software FORGE,and the distribution diagram of the equivalent stress,equivalent strain,and temperature field in the forming process has been obtained, which can provide reasonable science basis for the future forming process improvement.
