摘要 介绍了传统霍尔电流传感器的原理、特性和补偿措施。针对传统霍尔电流传感器存在的测量误差和测量局限性,提出霍尔电流传感器的优化设计方法,可以有效减小测量误差且适用性更广。通过计算和分析,从理论上证明了这种优化设计的优越性。 The principle, features and compensation measures of traditional Hall current sensor are introduced. Aimed at the presence of measurement error and limitations of the Hall current sensors, new optimized design which can reduce the measurement error effectively and has broader applicability is presented to take place of the traditional ones. The superiority of the new optimized design is verified in theory through calculation and analysis.
