摘要
大规模模拟电路的故障子网络诊断一直是个难点,主要存在电路测试节点数多,仅用一个神经网络对其进行分析难度大,运算量大。基于BP神经网络的故障子网络诊断方法可以有效简化网络结构,简化测试过程,使得诊断效率提高。
The fault diagnosis of large analog circuit is a difficulty all through, and main difficulties mainly exists in complex network analyses and huge operation work. The method based on BP neural network can simplify network structure and test course effectively, and also improve diagnosis efficiency.
