摘要
串联磁控电抗器进行软启动已经成为高压大容量交流电机的一种重要启动方式。本文对一种新型的磁控电抗器软启动装置技术方案进行了研究,该方案使用的磁控电抗器具有独立的励磁绕组,采用低压整流电源作为励磁电源,励磁容量小,系统的技术复杂程度降低,也具有总体成本优势。基于matlab/simulink仿真分析和样机试验验证,表明该方案具有和其它方案同样的启动性能。
The soft starting device based on magnetic controllable reactor(MCR) has become of an important soft starter of high voltage and large current AC motor. A new simple control technology and low-cost MCR soft-starter is presented in this paper. The MCR has the features of setting up independent exciting coil, the excitation source adoption of low voltage rectifier power source and low excitation capacity. The simulation analysis based on matlab/simulink and prototype verification shows the soft starter is feasible as other soft starter.
