摘要
本文针对异步电机要求低速时能输出较大转矩且有较宽调速范围的要求,通过对弱磁控制的原理分析提出异步电机弱磁控制的设计,系统采用实现全数字化系统的矢量控制,以保证电机输出最大转矩。通过对定、转子弱磁控制方法的分析优化弱磁控制策略以提高异步电机的调速范围。
To meet the requirements of the induction motor which is required outputting large torque when running at low speed working at large range. A design for digital induction motor is presented, and the principles based on different ways of flux-weaking area are analyzed. The system adopts space vector strategy to realize digital system, improving the ability of load capacity, and prolonging constant power rotating area of induction motor.
