基于对接平潭视角下的福清市空间规划策略研究

The Space Strategy Planning of Fuqing City from a viewpoint of docking with Pingtan

平潭综合实验区的开放开发是推动两岸关系和平发展的重要战略决策,是福州大都市区、福州新区和福清市跨越式发展的重要抓手。本文从福清对接平潭的意义和作用出发,分析了福清主动对接平潭具备的优势和重点,提出了错位发展的规划思路,从市域、环湾和重点建设区三个层面提出福清市在此形势下的空间规划策略建议。

Open development of Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone is an important strategic decision in promoting the peaceful de -velopment of cross -strait relations.It is also an important starting point for the leapfrog development of Fuzhou metropolitan area and Fu -qing .This article starts with the significance of docking in Fuqing and Pingtan , and analyzes that Fuqing has its andvantages and priorities , then puts forward the planning ideas of dislocation development , and gives the spatial planning strategy recommended from the city region , central bay and key construction zone .
