Commonly used additives during the PET fiber production process are introduced,such as delustrant and pentaerythritol. Other additives for special fibers like cation-dyeable,flame retardant,antistatic,anti-pilling fibers are also introduced. Their modification mechanisms are discussed. A reference is provided for PET manufacturers to adjust their product varieties.
