新型钛系催化剂合成PBT树脂的性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 使用自制的新型钛系催化剂合成了PBT树脂切片,对照钛酸四丁酯合成切片,进行了常规性能、热性能、分子质量及其分布、流变曲线等分析研究,结果表明:自制催化剂所合成的PBT树脂切片的色相b值、端羧基值指标较优,分子质量分布较窄,结晶性能、热稳定性、流变性能等相当。 Polybutylene terephthalate( PBT) resin chip was synthesized by using self-made novel titanium-based catalyst,contrasting with the resin chip synthesized by( C9H4O)4Ti catalyst. The general performance,thermal performance,molecular mass and its distribution and rheological curve were researched and analysed. The result showed that the hue b value and carboxyl end group index of PBT resin chip synthesized by self-made catalysts are better than the chip synthesized by tetrabutyl titanates. In the meantime,the molecular mass distribution is narrow and there is little difference between crystallization properties,thermal stability and rheological properties.
