摘要 根据生产需要酯化蒸气可以先在板式换热器中与冷水换热生成热水,热水进入溴化锂制冷机组生产冷冻水,停用动力站电制冷机和原先聚酯的列管式换热器,降低循环冷却水压力,降低电耗。 According to the production requirement,the esterification steam can first in a plate heat exchanger exchanging heat with cold water to generate hot water. Then the hot water enter into the lithium bromide refrigeration unit to produce chilled water. Disable power station electric refrigerator and the original polyester shell and tube heat exchanger. The circulating cooling pressure was reduced. The power consumption was reduced.
